KIYAMONETSKIN STUDIO – Booking Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice will result in 30%of the service total being charged to the card on file. No-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost and the deposit will be forfeited. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting the next appointment.
